What size do I need?

Our dresses are sized according to standard European regulations with the following equivalencies:

  • Size S is equivalent to: 36
  • Size M is equivalent to: 38
  • Size L is equivalent to: 40
  • Size XL is equivalent to: 42
  • Size 2XL is equivalent to 44
  • Size 3XL is equivalent to 46
  • Size 4XL is equivalent to 48
  • Size 5XL is equivalent to 50

What sizes do you have?

We have dresses from size 34/XS to size 50/XL .

We recommend checking the measurements of each dress on its product page.

How long does shipping take?

If the shipment is within the Iberian Peninsula (including Portugal), delivery will take between 24 and 48 business hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. For the Balearic Islands, delivery will take approximately 48 to 72 hours.

We will provide you with the tracking number for your package.

If the shipment is to the Canary Islands or any destination where customs clearance is required, in addition to the 2/3 days of transport, it may be delayed due to waiting time in customs management.

For European countries, transit time is 2-3 days ; for North and South America, 4-5 days.

What do I do if my favorite dress is sold out?

You can choose to be notified when it is available or contact us via WhatsApp at 644537259 to find out the restock date.

How do I make an exchange or a return?

For exchanges and returns, please contact us by email at Sxia.shop@gmail.com , indicating your order number and the products you wish to return. If it's an exchange, please specify the size or color you need, and we'll tell you how to proceed.

How long do I have to make a return or exchange?

You have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from when the item arrives at your home.

How are returns handled?

You will have 2 options for that.

  1. Request our courier service
  2. Choose whichever one you want.

The return must be delivered to our facilities; we will not come to collect it under any circumstances. Therefore, we recommend against using the postal service, as they often do not deliver packages to addresses, and it is important to have a tracking number.

Once received at our facilities and we have verified that the item is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund or process requested by the customer within a maximum period of 72 hours.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Therefore, processing times may take between 7 and 15 days.

Refunds for payments made via Bizum will be processed within a maximum of 72 hours.

The return shipping cost with our courier service is €5.99, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Can I return an item purchased online to a store?

Yes, but you will be given a receipt as proof because the refund is made in the same form of initial payment.
